Just a quick update on a few things I have been working on:
Engine bay lighting:
Much to the chagrin of many Corvette enthusiasts, I decided to add fuel rail cover LED lights to complement a run-of-the-mill engine bay. The kit, sold by RPI Designs, is set up to withstand the high temperatures of the engine bay and add a touch of zing. It is pretty easy to install, only taking about an hour with other engine bay tidying. I took my time and routed the cables correctly and out of sight, while still allowing the fuse to be serviceable. I considered using a door plunger switch to turn the lights on when the hood is open, but decided against it since I didn’t want that to be an eyesore.

Window Tint:
I had the rear and quarter windows tinted with ceramic 18%, and the doors received 70%, which is legal in my state. Yes, I know stacking 70% on 70% knocks it down a bit, but I don’t think I am violating the spirit of the law. Even though the below is a bad angle with a black interior, believe me, you can still see through.

Ceramic coating:
Since it was on sale on Amazon, I bought some Adam’s Graphene Ceramic coating.
